AlBeytxBasel

Das Al Beyt-Kollektiv kommt zum zweiten Mal von Paris nach Basel <3

Al Beyt is a Syrian collective based in Paris that has been organizing events in and outside Paris since 2021, creating spaces for Syrian culture as well as for culture from the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa). The collected proceeds from these events support a project in Syria: the construction of houses on a plot of land in Idleb (northwest Syria). We are very excited that they are coming to Basel for a second time on the 1st of February. From 18.00 to 04.00 there will be:

concert, party, vegetarian Syrian food by Al-Beyt, … and more surprises

TALES & AHLAM

TALES & AHLAM, halfway between the future and the roots of dance music, Tales & Ahlam plays with the codes of house and Lebanese songs to create a blend of influences centered around dance, sharing and love. The Franco-Lebanese duo was born from the meeting of producer and DJ, Bab (Musique de Fēte collective), known for his raï or chaâbi melodies, combined with synthesizers and drum machines, and singer Celinatique (ex-singer of indie-pop-electro-tarab band “Abaya Road”, spotted by Zeid Hamdan), whose singular voice draws its influences from the great icons of the Arab Golden Age.
